Fox Fork / Shock Service

When your fork starts feeling sticky, stiff, or rough, it's probably overdue for a service. Choose your service, enter your fork information, and sit back and relax while our certified technicians restore life to your mountain bike suspension.

FOX Full Fork Service with Damper Rebuild (£100)

(Recommended after 100 hours of riding)

Service includes:
  • Disassembly of damper and air springs
  • Separation of uppers and legs from lowers
  • Thorough cleaning, inspection and lubrication of all components
  • Seal removal and replacement
  • Replaced dust wipers and foam rings
  • Air spring reassembly
  • Damper service rebuild and sag adjustment
  • Reassembly of fork and quality assurance inspection
To perform the Full Fork Service:
First, we will disassemble the fork by removing the dampers, and separating the uppers and legs from their lowers.
Next, the seals come off the lowers for replacement.
Both the uppers and lowers are thoroughly inspected for damage and wear
The air spring assembly is rebuilt, and foam rings and dust wipers are replaced
The damper service is then performed before reassembling the fork and checked to ensure the proper sag
Finally, we perform a final quality assurance check before repackaging your fork and sending it back

 

 

FOX Fork Air Sleeve Service (£75)

(Recommended after 50 hours of riding)

Service includes:
  • Disassembly of damper and air springs
  • Thorough cleaning, inspection and lubrication of all components
  • Replace seals, dust wipers, foam rings, and oil
  • Air spring reassembly
  • Reassembly of fork and quality assurance inspection
To perform the Air Sleeve Service:
First, we will disassemble the fork by removing the dampers, and separating the uppers and legs from their lowers.
Next, the seals come off the lowers for replacement.
Both the uppers and lowers are thoroughly inspected for damage and wear
The air spring assembly is rebuilt, and foam rings and dust wipers are replaced
Finally, we perform a final quality assurance check before repackaging your fork and sending it back
 

FOX FULL SHOCK SERVICE WITH DAMPER REBUILD (£100)

Shock Service with Damper Rebuild Includes:
  • Complete disassembly and inspection for damages
  • Thorough cleaning of components
  • Replace seals and back up rings
  • Correct orientation
  • Lubrication and rebuild
  • Teardown and rebuild of damper
  • Replace seals and oil
  • Final quality inspection
To perform the Shock Service with Damper Rebuild:
First, we will release all air pressure from the sleeve and separate it from the body shaft.
Once the shock is disassembled, all parts and components are thoroughly cleaned and inspected for any damage or wear.
The damper is serviced, and all seals and back up rings are replaced while checking the orientation.
Finally, before reinstalling the parts, all components are lubricated and checked for functionality. A final quality assurance inspection is performed before it is repackaged and shipped back to you.
 

FOX Shock Air Sleeve Service (£75)

Service Includes:

  • Complete disassembly and inspection for damages
  • Thorough cleaning of components
  • Replace seals and back up rings
  • Correct orientation
  • Lubrication and rebuild
  • Final quality inspection
To perform the Shock Air Sleeve Service:
First, we will release all air pressure from the sleeve and separate it from the body shaft.
Once the shock is disassembled, all parts and components are thoroughly cleaned and inspected for any damage or wear.
Finally, before reinstalling the parts, all components are lubricated and checked for functionality. A final quality assurance inspection is performed before it is repackaged and shipped back to you.
